FAQs

  • Consultations are held via Telehealth on the second, forth and fifth Wednesday of each month, 9am-5pm.

If these hours do not suit, please get in contact with me to work out a time that suits you.

  • Telehealth is a consultation via video call, from the comfort of your own home or work place. I will send you a Zoom link and all you have to do is click ‘join’ at the time of your appointment.

  • Initial consultation: nutrition, health and lifestyle assessment and planning

Prior to your first consultation, you will be asked to complete a pre-appointment questionnaire and sent instructions on anything you will need, such as a recent blood test. I will review this prior to your first consultation to effectively tailor your nutrition therapy to your goals and needs. After your first consultation, you will be sent an email with a summary of our session and useful resources.
