Berry and Bean smoothie

Ingredients

2 cups berries (strawberries and blueberries work well, or mixed berries)
2 ripe bananas
1/2 cup white beans (cooked and drained or from a salt free can)
1/2 cup soy milk (or other plant-based milk)
1 cup cauliflower
1 tsp vanilla extract (optional)

Method

  1. Add all ingredients to a blender and process until smooth.

  2. Add more soy milk if you prefer a thinner consistency.
